Our Story
We’re Zach and David brothers, business partners, and the heart behind Island House.
Growing up in New York, we were immersed in family business, learning the value of hard work and community from an early age. Zach moved to Hilton Head to pursue his passion for baseball at USCB, where he also met his wife Kenzie, a true Southern belle. Captivated by Hilton Head’s beauty, Zach decided to make it his home. Later, David, his wife Norah, and their two boys, James and Charles, moved from New York to join in helping turn our dream into a reality.
Island House is truly a family-owned business, supported by our parents and mentors, David and Sharon, who are always ready to lend a helping hand.
We built this place to feel like home a warm, welcoming space where friends and family can gather, relax, and create lasting memories. We’re so grateful to have you here and look forward to sharing our passion with you.
